So, you’re told, "You’re not an actual client." That was the last straw when I found this out this week. The Nashville center does not send their stylists to formal training like they’re supposed to. I overheard the front desk telling someone they were hiring new people and they were simply pulling people off the street with little to no experience to be a stylist.
